**To complete the registration process, you will need to mail in, or bring your Registration Fee to the studio. - $15.00 if paid before August 1st or $20.00 if paid after August 1st. You may drop it off during studio hours or mail it to Ellie Paige @ 1308 S. Randolph St. Garrett, IN 46738. Please e-mail elliepaigedance@gmail.com if you would like to confirm receipt of your registration.

**Classes and schedules are formed based on each years registration. Schedules will be finalized and sent to students two weeks before the new dance season. Each class requires a minimum of 5 students to be scheduled. In the event the minimum is not met, classes may be combined or shortened in length. You will be notified of your options if this should occur.

**By registering, you agree to notify us specifically in writing of any information necessary for the safe instruction of your student as well as if you would like your students photos to NOT be displayed on the studio's website, Facebook page or any other media element.
